"Trying to phone continuous ringing"

I have been trying for the last 2 days to try to get through to the Windsor eye clinic, it is impossible! I know I have an appointment this month, but I can't find out the date. I have continually rang and no one answers. No wonder people miss appointments, there is no backup. Now I am worried that I may have missed my appointment, through no fault of my own! I am diabetic and have problems so it is important to be reviewed. Don't know who to contact now. Really worried.
