"Access problems to Park House"

About: Adult Specialist Services / Podiatry

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I'm sure others have commented about the corner approach to the clinic- opposite and of corridor from reception) The raised curb, cars parked where they should not, is difficult to negotiate - I need to use an elbow crutch, am carer for my husband (dementia) and holding his hand. There is no hand rail or grab bar up from the road.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments and I am sorry to hear that you have experienced problems accessing Park House.

Your concerns have been forwarded to the on site manager at Park House, and I understand that they are speaking to the local council to see if improvements can be made in terms of car parking.
