Attended today for an MRI as an outpatient. Easy to find and plenty of parking with reasonable charges. Clear signage to department and no wait to check in at reception. Since I was early I went to the ladies and as I was called through straight after. Member of staff explained the procedure and what would happen along with how long it would take. Kind and courteous staff in a very clean and calm facility. Complete contrast to hassled feelings around Princess Alexandra and I would choose to use St Margaret in Epping again any day. Questions answered clearly and information on next steps provided without having to ask. Overall I was very impressed and thank you to all the staff.
