"You just get dismissed"

Been in a few times myself and it is a quick and easy choice, however the doctors seem rude and not caring. My grandad recently went in with a severe chest pain, he's a proud man and would never go to hospital without a fight, to make his wife happy he came here, they quickly dismissed him saying it was just a 'pulled muscle' did a two minute check on him. He's an old gentleman who should have been treated with more respect! The day after an ambulance was sent for him at home and he's now recovering after proper treatment and medication. Utter disgrace. Take more time and care for your patients!
