"Day case unit stay January 2014"

I would like to thank all the staff working on the day case unit, from being greeted by the receptionist, and being cared for by nurses, doctors and housekeeper all service was five star. This is very well run unit making sure all patients are kept well informed while keeping dignity and respect of the patient,as well as being spotlessly clean.As a fellow NHS employee it was helpful to experience care from a patient view but has also reinforced my view that we do provide the best medical care in the world!
