"Wonderfull caring support for Mum in last days"

I posted on here last year of shortcomings in care for Dad. What a contrast, Mum has just left us after a short illness, she was very poorly in the last week and was admitted to ACU then transferred to ward 24. The whole team throughout we're incredible, nothing was too much trouble to help a scared lady and a confused family. We had the best medical support possible, doctors, nurses and palliative care givers gave us time and support of the highest order. When the time came in the middle of the night the team were there for us, brilliant - thank you so much.
