My daughter suffers from a severe illness and has needed to be referred to A&E and admitted to a paediatric ward on a couple of occasions. The staff were very caring and understanding. The doctors were good at explaining their treatment plan and answering my questions. The play staff and education staff were good at providing activities that were suitable.
