About: Royal Oldham Hospital

A big thank you to the discharge team, transfer of care and the rapid intervention team for a totally caring , dignified intervention that has allowed my elderly grand mother to remain @ home with her equally frail elderly husband, and also offered support and advice to our family . Words seem insignificant when the professionalism and caring actions of a few have had such a big impact , would totally recommend and promote this joint working, total quality , thank you.
