on attending breast mobile unit recently. I came at the correct time as my appointment stated. There were men working on the machine as it was broken when i got there.
The nurse said clinic was cancelled that day and i had to make another appointment.
Have they not heard of using the telephone to cancel appointments as after travelling to epping and putting other people out and also childminders being involved i am furious that a simple call would have saved me the journey, car park and speaking to idiots.
no wonder the n. h. s. is crumbling- i think.
