What could be improved

The reception staff were so busy talking amongst themselves I was made to stand there waiting for 5 minutes. Waited half an hour beyond my appointment time - despite only being the 3rd person seen. Doctor was dismissive and uninterested in anything I might have to say. Was given paperwork but not told what to do with it. Took it to receptionist who eventually noticed me & said "Oh no, that needs to go to x-ray" then turned away. So, despite needing crutches to walk, I traipsed across the hospital, up & down stairs to the "X-ray" department to hear that I actually should have gone to "MRI & X-ray" instead. The lad that had told me that took one look at my expression and quickly added "Don't worry, I'll put it in internal post for you". I was then left to presume that I could go home. *Utterly* infuriating.
