What I liked

The excellence of the service from the very modern Oncology and Radiotherapy Centre. From reception to assistants to radiographers and the consultant, during my daily treatment over 6.5 weeks, I have received nothing but courtesy, friendliness, concern and professionalism of the highest order.

Anything else?

90% of appointments were held within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, with 72% either on time or early. On 3 occasions of equipment problems I was re-scheduled onto another machine within 60 minutes of the scheduled time. That's a remarkable achievement given the hundreds of people being treated.
