"Blood Test"

I had to take my needle phobic daughter for a blood test last Friday. I was dreading it as this can be traumatic for both of us. The consulant obstetrition prescribe valium and emla cream for her. I phoned in advance and the receptionist asked me to ask for her when we arrived and was really friendly. When we got there she met us and took us straight through and selected the best phlebotomoist for phobic patients. Both of them were wonderful with my daughter and half an hour later the blood test was complete. We could not be more grateful to these staff members.
