My Aunty has asked that I leave some positive feedback regarding her recent stay on Birch Ward. All the staff have been absolutely fantastic, explaining everything and the care has been second to none. The food was tasty and well prepared and she also made an observation of the staff singing to an elderly gentleman which she thought was wonderful and clearly made his day. Blessings to you all.
