"Still waiting for an appointment for 7 months"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

My son was referred on 3rd July for an operation to remove his tonsils due to sleep apnoea I was told the waiting list was around 6 months . I called to chase today and someone said they would call me back. I am still waiting.
