I have been calling the outpatients appointments no for over a month and it is always engaged!! I have redialled the number on and off several times each day and it is always engaged. the one time i managed to get through i was told that i could not get an appointment and someone would call me. It is over three weeks now and no one has called me. I have written a letter which i will post today. Hope i get some results as I am extremely upset.
