"Tameside Hearing Centre"

About: Tameside General Hospital

(as a staff member),

This story has been posted by Healthwatch Tameside on behalf of a member of the public who asked not to have their name published. They said…

This lady was visited by a lady from the Hearing Centre. Her loop system had not been effective. She couldn't easily watch TV. The equipment provided has very much improved things for her. She attends the Hearing Centre every 6 months as she has tinnitus in both ears. She is very happy the staff are doing all possible to help her. However, improvement needed in admin.
