The service at the chemo deptment is very good the only problem is the parking if your appointment is first thing in the morning it's ok you get a permit badge to park but if it's a later appointment it's Tough luck the Computer says no and as we were told parking was free for cancer patients it makes a joke of it

We are very sorry to hear about the challenges you have experienced with parking and are grateful to you for taking the time to leave these comments. We have been conducting a review of our parking arrangements but your experience tells us that the system is still not working as it should. There are plans in progress to introduce regular visitor permits which can be held by the patient rather than the department which we hope will ensure the system works fairly for all.
