About: Princess Alexandra Hospital (Harlow)

I had a TKR performed by my consultant and his team on 24th February. From start to finish I was treated with respect and kindness by all the staff who helped me. The consultant and the Anaesthetists explained everything that would happen before, during and after my operation. The nursing staff were cheerful and helpful. The ward was clean and bright and the choice and quality for the food was excellent. I have had some terrible expeiences in the NHS and chose this hospital because of good reports regarding the success of TKR operations and I am so pleased I made this decision. Thank you to all the professional people who helped me I really appreciate the care I was given.
