"Total Knee Replacement"

I was admitted in late January for a total knee replacement.

From start to finish I was treated with respect, kindness and professional efficiency. I was given full information about the operation and the aftercare. I had a lot of fears regarding the operation and these were dealt very sympathetically by all the staff involved.

Mr Khan, my consultant was attentive and answered all of my questions. The Anaesthetists explained everything from start to finish and were very reassuring. The staff in Recovery and on the ward were also kind and efficient. The ward was clean and bright, the food choice and quality was excellent.

I have had some terrible experiences within NHS hospitals in the past and I am absolutely delighted I chose this hospital for this operation. Thank you to everyone involved with my care I really do appreciate it.
