"Would never recommend"

I am extremely disappointed by this Dermatology service. I opted for Guy's on the Choose and Book system (having a choice of six hospitals across London) based on the reviews left here, and was appalled by the doctor I saw. Maximum two minute consultation, doctor only looked at my notes from previous doctor's referral - she didn't answer any of my questions or allow for any questions (she actually was very irritated when I wanted to discuss things). She didn't allow me any involvement in decisions taken, didn't offer any investigation or exploration into my skin condition. Very basic knowledge and zero interest in me as a patient, hence no follow up appointment given. Would never choose to go here again.
