About: East Surrey Hospital

I would like say a very big thank to the doctor for looking after me on the31st of January pm . The whole team was good but they stood out , smile all the time may me feel calm but I know deep down they where worried out me . It was clean and tidy all the I was there . All the team was calm in a emergency ,. The team I had in the morning on the Acute Medicine was also nice friendly and hard working nothing was to much trouble . It was also clean on the ward . Thank you once again for all your care off me , Vanessa Angus

Dear Vanessa

Thank you so much for taking the time to write and tell us about your recent stay in the Emergency Department and the Acute Medical Unit.

Coming into hopsital is never a pleasant thing and its really nice of you to think of us and write feedback to let us know.

I will pass you kind words on to them team and you'll be pleased to know that doing so makes them happy and energized which makes them work even harder to make sure we're doing our best. Believe it or not but your positive feedback will improve patient care even more!

I do hope that you are feeling better.

Kindest regards

Dr Ben Mearns

Clinical Lead for Acute & Elderly Medicine
