"Maternity"

About: Torbay Hospital

On 23rd January I gave birth to my baby boy at Torbay hospital. I am blown away by how dedicated and caring all of the staff were, they went above and beyond their duties. From the midwife who delivered my baby who missed her break and then stayed after her shift was finished for us, to the midwives and HCAs on the ward who helped me establish breast feeding when I was struggling and encouraged me to stay in so they could support me. Overall my experience was very positive and I would fully recommend the maternity unit at Torbay hospital.
