What I liked

was I was kept informed and the efficiency and humour of the staff was beneficial to keeping the nerves at bay. Also the meal that I was served is vastly improved from my last visit of three years ago. Thank you all.

What could be improved

The discharge procedure seem to be long winded and could be done more efficiently.

Pleased to hear that your stay was a good one and thank you for letting us know. We are looking at ways in which we can streamline the discharge process, for example, we have introduced a "night before" service for medicines to take home on discharge as that was causing some delays.
