"redbridge"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

The integration of rebridge, and havering hospitals is a terrible terrible decision. When it comes to making a simple appointment, there is only one number to dial. You then get put through to so many different departments and it takes 20 mins to speak to someone who is actually relevant to what you are calling about. I am currently on the phone now and have had time to write this review. All I'm after is simple appointment with the dental oral surgery, so far I've been on the phone 27.14 mins. LUCKY ME.

Thank you for commenting. I am sorry to hear that you have had trouble getting through to a call taker on the appointment telephone number. We have an extremely large volume of callers as we are one of the biggest Trusts in London; however I hope that you were eventually able to book your appointment. If this was not the case, please contact our PALS team on 01708 435 454 or email PALS@bhrhospitals.nhs.uk with more information. Yours sincerely, Stephen Burgess Medical Director
