"My visits to Glenfield Hospital"

My GP Recommended me to have my left upper arm pains and pins and needles evaluated at the Glenfield Hospital Leicester. Appointments were given very promptly and when i needed to change this due to a family bereavement i found the staff very courteous and helpful. At my first visit i was treated well and could not fault any of the health professionals who i saw. Had to be transferred to different departments but they did this professionally and courteously. I did not have to wait long between various tests. At the end of all the tests the nurse who reviewed the results was also brilliant. Gave me various options for further treatment. I decided to take up the offer of an angiogram. As promised my appointment arrived within the six weeks as promised. I was taken to ward 32 on my arrival and the nurses and the care staff were brilliant. They made me welcome and my stay was comfortable. The Cardiologist and other care staff in the lab kept me informed of what was going on and i cannot fault their professionalism. When necessary they took their advise from the Head of Department who were readily available and gave me immense comfort by being there. My post operation care could not be faulted and was able to be discharged on the same day. I thank you all for the brilliant service you provide and am proud to have been a patient at Glenfield Hospital. Keep up the good work and god bless you all.
