"Many Thanks"

My wife and I attended yesterday the Thoracic dept., prior to her admission. We cannot thank , all the staff from the Surgeon down to the Car Parking services, and all those in between, for the care, courtesy, consideration and dignity they afford us. If I may, a special word of thanks to one member of staff, who went above and beyond, what we would have expected. It, was, in our opinion like being treated as a "private" patient.
