I am a Scottish ex pat living in England. I visited my son in East Kilbride this week. I had a major nose bleed which wouldn't stop. NHS Direct advised I go to Hairmyres A&E ...Sorted ..

The same day ..mega nose bleed again ... scary. Wouldn't stop again .. ENT suggested I go back to A&E .... absolutely brilliant attention ... within 10 minutes, I was attended by a Dr Olivia ...1st class. was obviously stressed ..and her wonderful, witty attention was fabulous. Totally calmed me down .. NHS are given a hard time too often ... my experience was fantastic. Quick, efficient and excellent. Thank you Dr Olivia. You have restored my faith ...
