About: Solihull Hospital / Cardiology Solihull Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

We took our 15 year old daughter to the Paediatric Cardiology Clinic in the Children's Outpatient Dept at Solihull Hospital (heart of England NHS Trust).

We had the most excellent service. The Consultant, Dr Ghandi, took a thorough history from our daughter and explained all that was going to happen.

We went to the cardio unit for an ECG - we were seen immediately. The results were handed back to us and we returned to the Children's Outpatient Dept. The nurse took the results and within minutes we were back with the Consultant who explained all the results and took time to answer all our questions and reassure us.

We were finished within an hour - fantastic.

Everyone was very friendly - the nurse, the receptionist, the ECG physiologist(? ) and Consultant.

We were very impressed and would recommend this service at Solihull Hospital.
