I have been under the care of the pulmonary hypertension team at Hammersmith for 3 years now and must say that the care and attention I receive goes far beyond the call of duty. At every turn the doctors and nurses have been there to offer me the best advice and treatment and I really don't know where i would be without these people taking care of me. They are a wonderful team and deserve recognition for the wonderful work that they do!
