"Visit to Assesment Unit to eliminate a TIA"

About: Good Hope Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

I was referred to Good Hope by my GP the same day as the symptoms I described were either a very bad migraine or a possible TIA, as I do not suffer from headaches ever, it was cause for concern.

I arrived at Good Hope at approx 2.30pm and left approx 7.30pm and from start to finish it was a lovely, positive experience. The staff were lovely, polite and informative through each step of tests and I would just like to praise them all as individuals and as a team.

They were thorough and informative and made sure 100% that everything was done to ensure I was okay before I was discharged. Fantastic service.

Please pass on my thanks again to all concerned.
