I attended the Sunderland Eye Infirmary on 11th September for an appointment at 9:30. My first in 30 years.I arrived at 9:00 and found a parking space. I then went to reception B and spoke to a very pleasant receptionist who took my details. I then waited to see the consultant and a very nice man he turned out to be. I left the hospital at 9:35. Total time involved 35 mins.

I would like to congatulate everyone at the hospital for their great professional and great efficiency. I would like to say a very big thank you to all who work there. You are all fantastic and keep up the good work.
