What I liked

I was treated for burns and blistering to my foot in A&E/soft tissue clinic last month. As I had just moved to the area and wasn't registered with a GP, I had three follow up treatments there. I would just like to say how impressed I was with the quality of treatment, professionalism of staff and the short waiting time was a bonus. In particular, the nurses and doctors who treated me were excellent - they put me at ease when I was in a lot of pain, and had the 'human touch'. I've either received or witnessed a variable quality of NHS treatment elsewhere in the country, so the exceptional treatment at North Tyneside really stood out. As people are often only motivated to write when there's a problem, I felt compelled to write and express my gratitude for your services.

What could be improved

Nothing, it was superb.
