I attended the Royal Eye Unit as a walk-in and although the department was extremely busy on the day the receptionist was very professional and polite. I received excellent self-care advice from a nurse who took the time to listen to my concerns and reassured me. I was very pleased to be able to access the expertise of this service without delay.
