"E3 terrible ward"

My mum spent 4 weeks on this ward,here she lost her dignity and what little self respect she had left.On leaving I couldn't really say she was better but it was a blessing to get her out of there,unfortunately within days she was back in hospital but at royal oldham as I refused to allow her to go back to north Manchester.I did lodge a complaint with the nurse on this ward whilst mum was on it but was given no feed back.
