I just had yet Another procedure done at northdowns hospital and the staff were amazing. Nobody likes to be in hospital having things done, but I feel all the staff here do their best to put you at your easy. I have previously had a room to myself but on this occasion I was in the day unit which was fine, my only grumble, as was another lady on this ward, is that we felt very cold. The lovely nurse gave us extra blankets but it should have been warmer. Well done Northdowns if only all hospitals were like yours.

Thank you for your kind words about our staff, and I agree that we do have an amazing team at the hospital and we are very proud of the team. I am sorry that you found the dayward to be cold and I have asked the maintenance team to check on this to ensure that any future patients are comfortable whilst they are in the hospital.
