"My mother's stay in Jowers ward"

I am writing this on behalf of my mother who sadly died in the hospital in November 2013. The staff in Jowers ward were absolutely wonderful. My mother was treated with respect and dignity and nothing was too much trouble. My husband and I were kept informed throughout of my mother's condition. The staff were so kind to us when my mother passed away. The nurses are working in vey difficult conditions in such an old building but they manage to keep the ward very clean.
