As a Manager of Plas Newydd Care Home it is my role to speak for Residents in our Care who may not be able to speak for themselves.
I have requested that Warfarin Medication INR Results are faxed to us and not given to us over the telephone.
I have sent a letter to your Haematologist Department about this matter and explained my concerns about information being given incorrect.
I requested that the INR Results get faxed but the answer I had been given was that because of a shortage of man power they could not be faxed.
