What I liked

I am from Oxford and had a catheter problem. I

was treated courteously and in a most freidly

manor. What could have been embarrasing

was not..The condition of the hospital was most

impressive. Thank you for putting me right.

What could be improved

If there was anything. I can appreciate that it takes time to see patients, but if one has to wait

just to say "Doc is busy be with you in 30mins

etc." This is NOT a complaint.
