"District Nursing Team (Stapleford)"

About: Community Nursing Services / Nottingham West Community Nursing

(as a carer),

My wife was diagnosed with secondary breast cancer which was terminal.

In the later months following treatment she was in the care of the District Nursing Team. The care she received and support given to myself was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for the nurses who were always on call and came at a moments notice to give all the assistance and treatment necessary.

Towards the end of her life my wife had the best possible care from a truly wonderful and dedicated team.

Thank you to all concerned.

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment, particularly at this difficult time. Please accept my condolences.

I am very pleased to learn that you felt the care and support you and your wife received was of a high standard – this is something we are proud of.

I will ensure that your kind comments are seen by all of the staff in the team.
