"5 days in the ccu ward"

I have just spent 5 days in the CCU ward at Epsom hospital . Nursing care was excellent throughout. Main complaint is that at 14.00 I was told I could go but had to wait for a packet of pills from the Pharmacy. Two and a half hours later the packet of pills where finally given to a nurse after she had to wait 20 minutes after being told to collect them. What an appalling way to treat patients.
