"A wonderful team of staff at Epsom Hospital"

I just wanted to contact you with regards to my processes and procedures. From the moment this journey began for me, every single person I have dealt with from secretary’s making appointments, nurses and doctors, through tests done to lead me to what op I needed, the main nurse in Swift ward on op day, the surgeons assistant, plus all the other nurses and anaesthetists that day, honestly everyone I dealt with, and far from least one very important and wonderful person, the surgeon, they have all been fantastic. Their time, professionalism, care and kindness spent on my journey is in my eyes hugely praiseworthy. I called the number I had of the surgeon’s secretary and thanked the lady, for her time and friendliness too ( I had spoken to her quite often) and asked her to pass my utter thanks onto all involved on my journey to date. My surgeon is one special lady and I feel very lucky to have had her operate on me/be my surgeon. I am an inquisitive type, eager to learn what I am facing in life in any situation, even the past few days questions have arisen only they know the answers to and again these have been answered even though her time is very busy, she made time for me on a call, giving me the knowledge and peace of mind those answers bring – which to be honest is like a gift from god – I cannot tell you how wonderful that is, they have been, the surgeon has been from start to now. I want to say a huge thank you to these people and especially my surgeon , and share my feelings on what a great team of lovely people and professionals they all are. I am so grateful and thankful. Please do pass on my absolute thanks and gratitude. In a funny kind of way it’s a shame I won’t get to see these lovely people again, to thank them face to face, yet I know there are busy helping others in the wonderful way they do. Feeling content as we can is so key through any hospital process. If I am gifted with my life dream of being a mother one day, I will be making an immediate visit to Epsom Hospital to share my news and yet again thank the surgeon and all involved on my journey and how they got me to my end result. I really hope that day comes. My utter thanks to these amazing people and to Epsom Hospital.
