What I liked
The centre opened promptly at 8.30am - as I was first in the queue, I went straight in to phlebotomy and was on my way to work 5 minutes later.
What could be improved
The car parking fee is extortionate! I parked up at 8.15 and was gone by 8.40 - so ended up paying more than for a city centre car park! I actually gave my ticket to an elderly gentleman just parking as I left - I think ripping off one person on a full wage is bad enough, but pensioners?? Come on!
