"Fairfax Ward at Warwick Hospital"

My mother was admitted onto Fairfax Ward at Warwick Hospital over the weekend. I just wanted to tell how you how impressed I was with the care and attention that she was shown by the staff on the ward. They were all polite, courteous and professional in the way they looked after my mother. I would like to single one of the nurses for special mention as I was really impressive in the way she kept us informed as a family throughout my mother’s brief stay on the ward, it really made a difference to us as a family!
