Consistently rude receptionists, almost to the point of comedy, except it's not actually funny because you're there because you or your family are ill and need their help. I would complain to the practice manager but having spoken to her on the phone once (where she had the apparent cheek to tell me off because I had got married and changed my name). I suspect the problem of total lack of respect for patients runs all the way from the top. Doctors have been very supportive of a friend with longstanding depression and anxiety though, to their credit. Parking is atrocious.
