My daughter and I would like to compliment the A&E Department on the outstanding care we received for our daughter's two month old baby from all staff on the Assessment and Observation Units. Everyone listened to our concerns and we didn't feel like we were being rushed, or that we were wasting staff time. We spent a total of 3.5 hours in all depts and we were completely satisfied with the care we received. We are so grateful for the NHS. Thank you.
