About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

I attended the day ward on Jan 24 for a procedure on my ear and face. From my arrival to the time I left I was treated with kindness and respect. All the staff I came into contact with were professional, but also friendly and helpful. I have been impressed with the treatment I have received from when I first attended in early Jan through to the short time I had to wait until my operation. Thank you
