Went for a blood test on Friday, wait, probably 30 seconds if that, rather then the dreaded hour plus I was expecting. The whole process from start to finish only took about roughly 8 minutes. Fantastic efficient service, very friendly helpful staff as well. Other departments could learn a lot from them.
