"A&E Head Nurse"

Visited A&E at Manchester Royal Infirmary after a friend had a fall. The staff were really great with a special mention to the woman who was in charge tonight. It was amazing to see how she dealt with such difficult people early hours of the morning with such patience and professionalism. From someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for years, hats off to her for clearly doing an amazing job.
