Simply fantastically professional from moment arriving to and after care. Car-park very close to Care UK annex. All areas supremely clean, modern fitted and staffed throughout with helpful, knowledgeable staff. No delays, and felt part of a genuinely well oiled experience process from arriving and all the component parts of care provided. Everything you were going to ask was answered and well co-ordinated with the respective staff and paperwork as required. Surgery as described in care management plan, expected results. As somewhat nervous as not used to being in hospital or having surgery, I would say that every step of the process through the day broke down the fears of the operations as trust and competence throughout was so evident. Would recommend 100% without a moments delay. Totally exceeded my expectations through tangible delivered service. Having such a broad multi-cultural medical staff was really interesting and inspirational to see such harmony in medical practise and enjoyed all the various accents and single dedication to offering a great care service. All this gives a real moral boost to persist through the post-op recovery pains and persist with the exercises in order to achieve fullest results from the surgery actioned. The excellence from the hospital team inspires me to respond with attempting an excellence in taking all their advise (and medication as appropriate) to achieve this. That trust is received and makes you want to succeed in your (my) part in the recovery process to complete the overall medical procedure.
