The nursing staff, physio and accupuncturist were very friendly and caring. I only saw the Consultant once.
I got the results of an MRI scan from an understudy and was not shown it directly. I was told there was nothing medical needed and no operation required.
I have since paid privately to be told I have spinal stenosis and an operation is planned - privately at my expense.
